-> change in EcgSignalParsing.cpp & EcgSignalParsing.h - Create EcgSignalParsing class with complete functionality

-> change in file.cpp & file.h - Create FileHandle class with complete functionality

-> change in README.md file

-> removed main.h, stdafx.cpp, stdafx.h files.
