test: add edvo25adia120Bpm ECG validation dataset

  • Add edvo25adia120Bpm WFDB dataset and binary .dat fixture.
  • Add dataset setup and WFDB annotation loading to TestValidateDataset.
  • Add comprehensive ECG feature extraction validation for the 120 BPM record.
  • Validate P-wave, QRS, and T-wave ordering and reference alignment.
  • Validate heart rate, wave durations, QTc, amplitudes, and QRS area.
  • Validate extracted QT and ST waveform sizes against reference annotations.
  • Export algorithm and reference waveform annotations and values to CSV for analysis.
  • Apply tolerance-based comparisons between extracted features and WFDB ground truth.
