test(respiration): refactor dataset validation and respiration tests

  • Centralize WFDB dataset loading and preprocessing
  • Add median filter baseline wander removal for ECG and respiration
  • Update respiration validation to use baseline-corrected signals

  • Improve CSV output format and debug logging
