Replace Fast Averaging Mode with Slow/Normal/Fast averaging modes
Rename protocol commands, APIs, and status variables accordingly
Added averaging mode enum and validation logic
Improved averaging mode status reporting and command processing
Fixed PPG waveform beep state handling after transmission
Implemented Beep NOW
